Welcome to PRISM
PRISM is a transnational initiative co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme. We empower adult migrants and refugees to build emotional resilience and find "new roots" in their host communities. While our tools support all migrants—including those relocating for career or family—we provide specialized, trauma-informed care for those displaced by crisis, such as Ukrainian refugees.
Why It Matters
Relocating to a new country—whether for professional opportunities or seeking safety—is a profound life transition.

Mitigating Isolation

Nearly 60% of displaced individuals in Europe report psychological distress; we provide tools to alleviate this burden.

Building Social Capital

Integration is more than paperwork; it is about building a new circle of friends and feeling at home.

Holistic Support

We bridge the gap between basic survival and long-term well-being through nature and mindfulness.

Our Four Pillars
  • Holistic Well-being
Integrating trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness into daily life to manage stress.
  • Ecological Connection
Using "Green Skills" and permaculture to help migrants connect with their local environment.
  • Social Expansion
Using group games and ice-breakers to promote authentic bonding and help migrants navigate local social activities.
  • Digital Readiness
Providing long-term, self-paced support through an automated "drip-content" delivery system.

A Permanent Educational Legacy

The PRISM Toolkit and Digital Support System will remain open-access on platforms like EPALE and the Erasmus+ Results Platform for years to come.
Professional Growth
Our educators are gaining specialized, trauma-informed, and "green" competencies that will be integrated into their future teaching, benefiting thousands of learners long-term.
Sustainable Networks
We are building a robust transnational network between Romania, Germany, Denmark, and Portugal to influence future social inclusion policies and advocacy.
Lasting Social Capital
Participants leave not just with wellness skills, but with established peer-support habits and a mapped network of local community resources to combat isolation permanently.
Volunteer Empowerment
Our partner organizations will continue to use these tools to train their combined networks of over 30 volunteers, ensuring free resilience workshops remain available to vulnerable groups annually
