It's a group chat — you'll be joined by other students going through the same course. The practitioner reads everyone's practice reports and answers questions in the shared chat. Other people's experiences often help just as much as the answers themselves.

Yes — the course is designed for complete beginners. The lessons start from the very basics, and an experienced practitioner in the chat will help if anything feels unclear or unfamiliar.
